Artistic photography of Malta’s Capital City Valletta, by visiting Italian photographer Ms Lory Larsen. During her stay in Valletta Ms Larsen succeeded in capturing the unique rich architectural legacy of this world heritage site. Ms Larsen uses the camera as an experimental tool, often applying expired films to vintage and lomographic cameras.
Her latest exhibition in Rome entitled Bosnian Graffiti was a huge success. In this exhibition she puts her photographic eye on Bosnia and Herzegovina specifically on “streetart” of the postwar period, focusing on the wounds inflicted on the buildings, symbols of cultural genocide and the graffiti left by survivors.
